Sourcing the best candidates

We are committed to developing a solid understanding of our clients’ organisations in order to better recommend candidates who will not only perform well in the available role, but who will fit their team well, thus ensuring a high staff retention level.

Our consultants are able to source candidates for even the most unique roles through a variety of methods including advertising, word of mouth referrals and if required, headhunting.

All candidates who we recommend to you have been personally interviewed by one of our consultants. We also conduct reference and background checks at the client’s request.

No permanent placement fee is payable unless you select one of our recommended candidates and they commence employment with your company. Viewing resumes and interviewing candidates is obligation free.

All permanent placements are covered by a three month free replacement warranty. In the event that any paid placement should not work out within a period of three months from commencement of employment, we will replace the candidate free of charge. This warranty offers our clients additional peace of mind, however, our retention statistics are excellent.
