Fees and terms

Registering a position with Chadwick Personnel is obligation free. No fee is payable unless you offer a position to one of our recommended candidates and they commence employment with your company.

Permanent recruitment
Chadwicks’ permanent recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the annual salary package offered to the successful candidate. Our fees are extremely competitive, starting at just 12% of the annual salary package + GST.
We offer a three month free replacement warranty on all paid permanent placements. This guarantees that, in the event that the employed candidate resigns, or is deemed unsuitable for the role, within the first three months of employment, you will be entitled to a permanent replacement, free of charge.
Chadwicks also offer a ‘try before you buy’ option, whereby, for a small daily fee, you can trial a potential employee and in the event that you decide to permanently employ the candidate, any paid trial fees up to the value of $1,000 will be deducted from your permanent invoice amount.
